If in the case of ASUS ROG Phone III the number of leaks increases day by day, the same cannot be said about ASUS ZenFone 7 – a phone that is timidly displayed online and with reserved details. The only known information, at least until today, was the fact that it brings a Snapdragon 865 processor in the package and that its launch could also take place in July, shortly after the debut of ROG Phone III on July 22nd.
Today there are online news about which we find out that ASUS has prepared two variants of this phone, namely ZenFone 7, respectively ZenFone 7 Pro. Although the present information suggests that both models will have a Snapdragon 865 CPU, there is a good chance that the basic version will have mid-range features and a Snapdragon 765G processor, and that the Pro model will bring a Snapdragon 865 processor.
The phones would be available in black and white initially, and the most important news is that ASUS will keep on the ZenFone 7 the flip camera mechanism seen on the ZenFone 6 predecessor. We don’t know the criteria that the Taiwanese made this decision to keep the camera flip, but it could have to do with the desire to provide a screen body ratio as high as possible.
