Nintendo is bound to host a new Direct conference ahead of Gamescom this week, which will take place in Germany. The August 2019 Nintendo Direct will have its focus on the latest indie games that are scheduled to come to the Nintendo Switch. It will start at 2 pm BST and will last about 20 minutes.
According to a business insider, Daniel Ahmad, Nintendo will come with another Xbox One port for Nintendo Switch. If leaks are correct, this is going to be an official reveal for Ori and the Blind Forest. They have talked about a Nintendo Switch port for these two for a while now, especially since some games from Microsoft, such as Cuphead and Super Lucky’s Tale have been previously launched on the console. He stated that two games will be dropped and that both of them are hot. Then, he proceeded to say that we will also get a 2019 release date for Creature in the Well, Northgard, Blasphemous, One Finger Death Punch 2, Trine 4, Skellboy and many more. 2019 and 2020 are the years of games.
About Ori and the Blind Forest
Ori and the Blind Forest is a 2D platforming game that comes with many incredible things. The official description reads: “The forest of Nibel is dying. After a powerful storm sets a series of devastating events in motion, Ori must journey to find the courage and confront a dark nemesis to save the forest of Nibel.”
In this game, we are told the tale of a young orphan that will eventually be the hero of the story. The game comes with hand-painted artwork, animated characters and brand new features in the Definitive Edition. The story of Ori and the Blind Forest is an emotional story about sacrifice and love and the hope that can be found in either one of us.
