Samsung’s reputation for software updates was a bit flimsy in the past but the well-known manufactures is taking some great steps in the right direction. Owners of the Samsung S6 are able to download the January security patch, a remarkable feat for a device that was released in April 2015.
Those that live in India or Eastern Europe and own a Samsung Note 8 are now able to download the anticipated Pie update. Samsung spent a lot of time on the update, releasing four distinct beta versions that aimed to remove bugs and potential issues.
The stable version will be rolled out all over the world in the following days. Note 8 owners will receive a notification on their device and the OTA installation process can be started with a few taps.

A new Recycle Bin feature will save your deleted photos for 14 days. If you change your mind the images can be easily restored.
