Between Fallout 76 and The Elder Scrolls: Blades, Bethesda has quite a hard time delivering a balanced experience for the gamers, according to the latest reports coming from Android Central.
They also note that the AAA open-world adventure has been plagued with performance issues and more problems, Blades is polished on iOS and Android.
But, on the other hand, it’s also loaded with “pay-to-win microtransactions, underwhelming loot, and offers sparse rewards.” says the online publication mentioned above.
They also highlight the fact that sometimes gamers are forced to buy a legendary item for $10 because it’s impossible to succeed in missions without getting some leveled up gear.
Bethesda promissed to fix issuesÂ
Bethesda became aware of the way that gamers are feeling about Blades, and it has promissed to address the issue of balancing and rewards according to Android Central. Here’s what the developer stated on their official website.
“In this inaugural monthly edition, we will share new details on what’s coming up for The Elder Scrolls: Blades. We can’t tell you how much we appreciate the abundance of feedback you’ve given us since early access began. We want you to know that your feedback directly influences how we tweak, revise, and adapt the game to be a smoother experience,” Bethesda writes.
They continue and explain that “We’ve reduced silver chest timers to one hour, rebalanced direct purchase offers, increased gem rewards for daily and weekly jobs, and added support for more devices… But we have even more coming up in future patches.”
Upcoming tweaks
The online magazine mentioned above notes a few of the forthcoming tweaks that have some gamers excited.
They include the following:
- the adjustment of the cost necessary for repairing equipment
- abyss balance adjustment at higher levels
- fixing the job difficulty
- taking care of enemy difficulty as well
