What makes Snapchat great?
Snapchat allowed its users to feel like they have a voice, that they are listened and/or admired. Also, it placed plenty of emphasis on enabling its users to interact with all sorts of visual stickers and even objects which are part of augmented reality.
That is exactly how Snapchat, as of February 2018, got to over 187 million of users who are active daily. Snapping began a thing pretty quickly especially because it aligns with the mindset of today’s teenagers who want to feel at all times that they live in the moment and best of all, it allows them to do so while having fun.
Features of Snapchat
The main feature of Snapchat, probably, is its capability of showing pictures or messages for only a limited amount of time before they become lost in oblivion. Originally, the app focused on person-to-person photo sharing but now Snapchat allows users to share ‘Stories’ which last just 24 hours before they disappear.

The latest version of Snapchat introduces Snap Originals. These are exclusive shows from some of the greatest storytellers in the world and they provide an interactive experience which you can step into and share. Also, you can now use Cat Lenses. You’ll just have to tap the camera to activate it and start swiping left in the carousel to come across them.
