Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the best-selling games in 2018. It was launched a few weeks ago but has sold millions of copies so far. Rockstar Games should be proud of themselves, because this episode was very successful in the USA – it sold three times more copies than the first part of Red Dead Redemption. If we consider that this is the trend only in the first month since it was launched, we can conclude that players are waiting anxiously to see what happens during the following months.
What are the news concerning the launch of Red Dead Redemption 2 Online beta version?
Considering the RDR 2 success, fans are waiting anxiously for the Online beta version of the game. Even if Rockstar didn’t make any official announcement about the beta’s release date, players are wondering what could be the reason for this delay.
A general idea is that developers are working on a new Red Dead Redemption 2 update which will be released sooner than the Online episode. This means that a PS4 or Xbox One version could be improved and launched sooner than what the community is hoping for.
So far, Red Dead Redemption 2 fans were waiting to see the Online version around the last days of November. At least this is what Take-Two Interactive suggested during a statement appeared these days. Rockstar Games didn’t argue with them on that and no mention about any delay was made on the developers’ behalf.
On the other hand, none of the companies didn’t say anything about any preparations for the release of the Online beta version of Red Dead Redemption 2. This doesn’t seem right, because we are only a few days away from December 1st.
In this case, the Online beta episode doesn’t seem so close anymore. Fans will be very disappointed if their long-awaited game’s launch is delayed, but let’s wait and see what happens.
