A new picture of the anticipated Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus has been recently leaked by a Redditor, which gives us an idea about what to expect from Samsung’s upcoming smartphone.
What can we see in the leaked picture?
Up until this point, we knew quite a lot about the rear camera configuration of the standard Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Plus, but not so much about the front-facing cameras. Now, thanks to a new leaked image, we can easily see what we should expect from the Galaxy S10 Plus, if the picture proves to be real. It seems that Samsung has removed the notch and added instead a two punch-hole camera in the upper right-hand corner of the smartphone’s screen.
Is there a chance for the picture not to be real?
Judging by the fact that Samsung’ upcoming flagship smartphones will be unveiled just a few weeks from now, this is most likely a real picture of the new Galaxy S10 Plus. The tech giant is expected to announce the Galaxy S10 series during its Unpacked event, which takes place on the 20th of February in San Francisco.
The presence of the double punch-hole camera may be connected to some improvements when it comes to face recognition on the device. Also, if the S10 Plus will actually have two front-facing cameras, then we can expect the phone to take high-quality selfies, with a much better color reproduction and added depth.
When it comes to the cameras on the back, according to the rumors, both the standard Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Plus are expected to come with a 12MP sensor, a 16MP wide-angle lens, as well as a 12MP lens that will have telephoto zoom. More details about all three variants of the upcoming Galaxy S10 series should follow soon and we cannot wait to learn more about them.
