A new rumor about GTA 6 has been discovered on the Internet about the location of the game. The post was posted on Pastebin by a user that claims to be a third-party game developer from Europe and has knowledge about the PlayStation5 as well. Of course, this could only be a joke for gathering attention, but we can’t confirm its validity. The leaker says that GTA 6 will be launched at the end of 2020, and PS5 will be launched in November the same year. Also, the game will be available one month exclusive for PS5. The biggest news from the leaker is about the location of GTA6. The game will have two areas to explore, Miami and New York City.
It Is Possible to Be True?
It’s hard to believe this leak because it has no valid sources and no evidence is provided. Moreover, the information that GTA 6 will launch in 2020 doesn’t seems unlikely. If we look at Red Dead Redemption 2, the game was released in 2018, and it had taken a lot of work for Rockstar to produce it. So, considering this, it’s hard to believe that GTA 6 will be released so early in 2020. As for the cities that GTA 6 will feature, the leaks say that we will see Miami and Liberty City. That could make sense to see the return of GTA 6 in Vice City but to feature both cities, it’s a little impossible with the next-gen technology.
However, GTA 6 to be exclusive to PS5 is out of the question because this could be a bad PR move for the company, and some fans could be upset. Maybe if Sony can come with an excellent offer to Rockstar, GTA 6 could be an exclusive PS5. Finally, all the rumors should be treated with skepticism until Rockstar will confirm the date release, the platform, and the cities.
