Of course, fans over-analyzed every bit of the video, recognizing the location as being Hammerfell, the province from where the Red Guards came to Skyrim.
In the same manner the video-game Skyrim was named after the primary location, it would be logical that the next game will do the same, thus being called “The Elder Scrolls VI: Hammerfell.” It this turns out to be accurate; the action will most likely be focused on the Red Guards.
