Android Q is already available for download on ASUS ZenFone 5Z!

Google launched Android Q Beta 3 at the I/O 2019 developer conference yesterday, announcing the devices that can access it right away. The latest beta brings more than 50 features and improvements, focusing on innovation, privacy and security, said Google in their presentation.

In an exclusive e-mail from the ASUS team, we learned that “ZenFone 5Z users will get the latest Android experience, including improved privacy protection and new ways to engage users.”

ASUS has announced today on their official website that ZenFone 5Z (ZS620KL) will also join the Android Q Beta, being the first ASUS ZenFone that participates in the Beta Program. ZenFone 5Z users now have the chance to try Android Q and be among the first to try it out:

“In collaboration with Google, we’d like to invite you to participate in the Android Q Beta program, and be one of the first to try out the amazing new features of Android Q. Your feedback matters, and it will prove invaluable as move towards the official release of Android Q. The Android Q Beta program is now available for ZenFone 5Z (ZS620KL).”

Android Q Beta: Over 50 New Features

First of all, one of the most anticipated features is the system-wide dark theme that can be activated on ZenFone 5Z from settings or by turning on Battery Saver.

Suggested actions in notifications is another feature that uses the AI to provide smart replies and actions in notifications.

Android Q will also bring prioritize notifications, giving you the ability to set an app to be interruptive and make noise, vibrate and appear on the lock screen, or to make it gentle and not interrupt you. The AI will also automatically learn what notifications are interruptive or not.

All ZenFone 5Z (ZS620KL) users and developers can join the Android Q Beta program right now and download it straight from the ASUS website by visiting this link: http://www.asus.com/Android-Q-Beta/.
