The Verge reports another new feature which is “the ability for Siri to play videos from your iOS device to Apple TV.” This enables users to control their Apple TV with Siri from their iPhone, iPad, iPod touch.
In order for users to receive the ability to take advantage of this feature, they will need to update their Apple TV to version 12.2.
Just as it was expected, the new update for iOS brings support for Apple’s second-generation AirPods.
The Verge also reports that the update includes the iPad Pro support for the Logitech Crayon, which was previously limited to the sixth-generation iPad.
New Animoji, bug fixes, and more improvements
The same famous online publication notes that there are also four new Animoji, a giraffe, shark, boar, and an owl.
The new software also comes with some enhancements and bug fixes.
How to update your iOS?
In order for users to find the update on their iPhone or iPad, here’s what needs to be done:
- Open up “Settings”
- Tap “General”
- Navigate to “Software Update”
There, it should load the latest version. But if the newest version is not there yet, it means that users have to wait for a bit more and then check again because it should hit the device soon.
