Grand Theft Auto 6 or GTA 6 for short is currently in the development phase, but we need to wait a couple of more years until Rockstar Games decides to finally announce what type of features the game will have to offer. Talking about GTA 6’s features, we can’t help from wondering if Rockstar Games is going to repeat the same mistake that it did back in 2013 when GTA 5 was released.
The “Heists” Mistake
One of the most exciting features that Rockstar Games teased for GTA 5 was called heists and just like the feature’s name implies, heists gave players the opportunity to team up with their friends or random internet strangers and take down big hits. Heists seemed like a really cool feature that is also going to give GTA 5 and GTA 5 Online players a fast way to make money, but unfortunately, the highly anticipated feature was not available on launch day.
GTA 5 players and to wait 18 months for heists to finally be released and the fan community was not happy about that. Therefore, we think it’s safe to say that Rockstar Games is going to do its best not to repeat that mistake and promise features that will not arrive on launch date.
Female Lead
As we already mentioned, Rockstar Games has yet to make any official announcements about GTA 6 and all that we can rely on are rumors and speculations. The most reoccurring and most plausible rumor is that GTA 6 will be the first game in the series to have a female lead. The reason why Rockstar Games wants to do this is because the game developer has received lots of media backlash for the way it portrays women in its games. Not only that, but girls play games too and Rockstar Games doesn’t want to miss out on making more profits by appealing to them too.
