How to install the Google Play Store

Installing the Google Play Store on your smartphone
If you want to install the APK file from your Android phone, you will need to first enable the “Unknown Sources” option from the Settings panel on your device. For devices that already run Android Oreo and above, the process of manually installing the Play Store app is a little bit more complex, but as long as you follow the next steps, you will be fine.
- Open Settings -> Apps and scroll down until you locate Google Chrome;
- Now tap on your browser and scroll down to the Advanced Find the option that says Install unknown apps and open it. Now select Allow from this source (this can be later disabled once you’ve finished);
- Manually search for the latest Google Play Store APK update online and download it;
- Now all is left for you to do is to install the APK file.
Installing the Google Play Store by using your PC
If by any chance you don’t have an internet connection on your smartphone at the moment, you can also download the Google Play Store APK on your PC. Basically, you must follow the same steps as before, but you also need to ensure that you have a file manager app already installed on your phone. You will need to allow this program to install apps from unknown sources.
