Grand Theft Auto 6 might not be released during the Trump administration

It’s only a matter of hours until Rockstar Games will release Red Dead Redemption 2. Fans have been waiting the launch for a long time, but are still wondering when they will get the chance to see the next version of Grand Theft Auto.

Even if the previous part of GTA was sold in an astonishing number of copies (over one hundred million), Rockstar’s co-founder, Dan Houser, recently declared that fans won’t get to play Grand Theft Auto 6 anytime soon. According to his statement, Trump’s administration might be the main cause for this delay.

Progression and conservatism can cause a lot of conflicts in the society

Many US citizens think that Trump is not the President they need, but how can he influence a game’s launch date? Dan Houser can answer this question. It looks like Rockstar is planning to introduce some ultra-progressive stuff in the latest version of Grand Theft Auto and many conservatives will be upset about this.

For this reason, the developers are releasing Red Dead Redemption 2 now and are still waiting for the perfect moment to present Grand Theft Auto 6. It looks like the second version of Red Dead Redemption has features which require more creative approaches when it comes to the characters.

Classical patterns are about to be re-invented

Dan Houser added that the society is changing fast, so gaming characters are constantly adapted to modern trends. Through Red Dead Redemption 2, Rockstar is ready to revolutionize the way people see superheroes: they start as weak persons and become strong.

This time, they will present a though character which has a strong personality and knows what path to follow in life. His journey will be based on knowledge and intellectual development, rather than physical features.

With all this considered, there is no reason for Rockstar to hurry and release Grand Theft Auto. Now, all eyes will be set on Red Dead Redemption 2, especially since fans know that next month they will be able to try the game’s Online beta version.
