Following in the footsteps of Apple Watch, Huawei has created Watch Fit, an elongated and much cheaper alternative, proposed as a companion for Huawei P30 Pro and other Android phones.
The device replaces the rotary adjustment found in the rival Apple with a simple Power button, used to activate the screen. 1.64-inch AMOLED solution, the screen supports a resolution of 456 × 280 pixels and plays a customizable interface.
Recommended as a fintess accessory, the new Huawei gadget comes equipped with GPS receiver, accelerometer, barometer, pulse monitoring sensor and ambient light sensor. But the main advantage is the perfectly watertight construction, certified for pressures of up to 5 ATM, suitable for immersion in water to a depth of about 50 meters.
Selectable physical activities from the device menu include walking, running, swimming, indoor / outdoor cycling. The gadget allows you to monitor sleep and includes a variety of functions for assessing / managing stress, for example, using expiratory exercises designed to help achieve a state of relaxation.
Powered by the Kirin A1 chipset, specially developed by Huawei for wearable devices, the Huawei Watch Fit promises up to 10 days of use with a single battery charge. The device can also be found in the offers of European stores, in mint green, sand pink, orange and black versions.
