Apparently, the new update looks inspired by Apex Legends.

CS: GO Danger Zone New Update Brings Lots Of Changes, Apparently Inspired by Apex Legends

Meet the New Sirocco Map

The map of Sirocco is set in the Middle East, going for the classical desert theme, similar to what the Dust map has. Just like Blacksite, the new map comes with features such as ‘wide open spaces’ for open gunfights and ‘intricate underground passages’ for cautious movements.

Respawn and Ping System

A new respawn mechanic is now brought by CS: GO Danger Zone. The respawn allows dead players to rejoin the battle. As long as your army survives, you will have the take to redeploy anywhere on the map. In addition, the new sound system is such an incredible upgrade and will make communications easier.

New Items Added to CS: GO Danger Zone

The Sirocco update also brings with it a group of new elements. The new Exojump Boots rises the jump height and movement speed, enabling the players to entry advantageous positions and places. Another new item is Bump Mines, which when stepped on, is sending players flying, but unlike Apex Legends, the Danger Zone game has fall damage, so, to surviv the fall, you will be in need of a parachute.

Valve taunted the upcoming Remote Drone and Ballistic Shield items, even though they aren’t incorporated into this update.

Starting Perks

Players can choose starting kits, for example, parachutes, health shots, tasers and the new exojump boots before each match begins. Valvo has grown the starting ammo count of weapons, as asked by the fans. Additionally, tablets now indicate the location of the closest large weapon crate with ‘pinpoint precision’.

It is fair to assume that some of there new features were inspired by Apex Legends. This, however, isn’t a bad thing. Both respawning and pinging are a couple of Apex Legend’s best elements, so hopefully, this will make Danger Zone a much better battle royale game.
